Yesterday, October 20, 2026, our office, in partnership with ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ง๐—ข๐—จ๐—ฅ๐˜†๐—ฎ๐—ต๐—ฒ through sir ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—บ ๐—ฃ๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ผ and SK officials of Coroconog headed by SK Chairperson ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฝ๐—ต ๐—”๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ผ, joined the Serbisyo Caravan held at Barangay Coroconog, San Roque.

We provided reading sessions and goodies (Feed and Read) to the children of Barangay Coroconog as our service during the caravan. This was led by isTOURyahe from Allen, Northern Samar.

Last October 19, 2026, the Local Government Unit of San Roque under the leadership of Mayor ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐—š. ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ป, ๐— ๐——, ๐— ๐—ฃ๐—›, solidified its partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) through the Schools Division Superintendent, ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—š๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ผ ๐—–. ๐—”๐—น๐—ท๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐—๐—ฟ., ๐—–๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ข ๐—ฉ, represented by Ms. ๐—˜๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐˜‡๐—ฎ, Education Programs Specialist for ALS, highlighting the LGU's continued care and support to the learners of Alternative Learning System (ALS) across San Roque, through the ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—บ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—”๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ (MOA), emphasizing its commitment to continually support high quality and inclusive education for all learners in San Roque, the learners' commitment to actively participate in youth development initiatives, in alignment with the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP), so that no youth is ever left behind. This MOA signing was an initiative by San Roque District through its District Head ๐——๐—ฟ. ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐—ป ๐—”. ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member ๐——๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—Ÿ ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ป also showed his unwavering support to the youth of San Roque during the event.

In addition, the LGU through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), conducted its ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ to actively enrolled ALS learners. This is now part of the MOA signed.

The 225 learners happily received their supplies set which include: 1 sling bag, 1 umbrella, 1 yellow pad paper, 1 clearbook, 1 notebook and 1 ballpen. โค๏ธ

Last Saturday, ๐—ข๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ 17, 2026, the PPSK and LYDC Members of San Roque concluded their 4th Quarterly Meeting. This was presided by the LYDC President/PPSK President ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜†๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—. ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ, with the unwavering support of our Municipal Mayor ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ ๐—š. ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ป, ๐— ๐——, ๐— ๐—ฃ๐—›, and with the technical assistance of the LYDC Secretariat (LYDO) ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€-๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ถ ๐—ฆ. ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜€.

Both councils exchanged meaningful conversations regarding youth development accomplishments made so far for the past quarter.
