Please send your file at least ONE DAY before your scheduled printing date.

• All files must be in PDF format.

🔵 Colored Printing: Maximum of 30 pages
⚫ Black-and-White Printing: Maximum of 50 pages
Please observe these limits to help us serve more students fairly and prevent misuse of the service.

The SSLG Free Printing Service may occasionally be unavailable due to officers’ other duties, school activities, or errands. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Our free printing service is designed to support students with their academic needs. To prevent misuse and ensure fairness, please remember to:
☑️ Print only school-related documents and academic requirements.
☑️ Observe the maximum printing limit per requester.
☑️ Avoid unnecessary or duplicate copies.
☑️ Ensure that your files are final and ready for printing before submission.
☑️ Refrain from using the service for personal, commercial, or non-academic purposes.
📌 The SSLG reserves the right to decline printing requests that do not comply with these guidelines.
𝟲. 🎁 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧
A donation box will be available for students who wish to contribute. All donations will help fund:
🛠️ Printer maintenance and repairs
🏫 Future enhancements to the Student Center
❤️ NO FIXED AMOUNT IS REQUIRED! Every contribution, big or small, is sincerely appreciated and will help us sustain and improve this project for the benefit of all CISians.
