ESTABLISHMENT OF POLICE ASSISTANCE DESK (PAD) – BUYO CEMETERY

As part of the PNP's LIGTAS UNDAS 2026 security and public safety operations, personnel of Santa Barbara Municipal Police Station under the supervision of PMAJ RAPHY V SEÑERES. OIC established a Police Assistance Desk (PAD) at Buyo Cemetery, Santa Barbara, Iloilo, to provide immediate assistance, ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and assist cemetery visitors.

The PNP remains committed to ensuring a safe, peaceful, and orderly observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.

RED TEAM INSPECTION | SANTA BARBARA MPS

PCOL LEA ROSE B. PEÑA, Chief Regional Personnel and Records Management Division (RPSMDD) conducted a spot inspection at Santa Barbara Municipal Police Station to assess police operational readiness and security preparations for Ligtas Undas 2026. The inspection covered compliance with directives, proper uniform, heightened alert status, and the deployment of personnel to ensure public safety.

Recommendations were also given to sustain police visibility, strengthen coordination with LGUs, and ensure effective crowd and traffic management.

RED TEAM INSPECTION | LIGTAS UNDAS 2026

Red Team Inspection conducted by PCPT Michael John G. Villa, OIC, DLOS, RHQ, PRO 6 conducted inspection at Santa Barbara Catholic Cemetery, Brgy. Duyan-Duyan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.

The inspection aimed to assess the station's operational readiness, security measures, compliance with established protocols, and overall preparedness in ensuring effective police service delivery.

Duyan-Duyan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.

The activity aims to remind the public to observe cemetery regulations, secure their personal belongings, follow traffic rules, remain vigilant, and cooperate with authorities to ensure a peaceful and orderly Undas.
