TINGNAN | 𝗕𝘂𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮!

Kahapon, ika-19 ng Oktubre 2026, limang (5) mag-aaral mula sa College of Public Affairs, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), na nag-aaral sa larangan ng Community Development, Agriculture, at Sociology, ang bumisita sa tanggapan ng Kagawaran ng Repormang Pangsakahan ng Laguna upang higit na maunawaan ang mga prinsipyo, programa, at haligi ng repormang pangsakahan sa bansa.

Malugod na tinanggap at ginabayan ng pamunuan ng Kagawaran, sa pangunguna ni PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, ang mga mag-aaral sa kanilang paglalakbay tungo sa mas malalim na pag-unawa sa mandato ng DAR, lalo na sa pagsusulong ng katarungang panlipunan, pagpapaunlad ng mga benepisyaryo ng repormang pangsakahan, at pagtataguyod ng mga pamayanang rural.

Sa pamamagitan ng ganitong mga pagbisita at palitan ng kaalaman, patuloy na pinatitibay ng DAR Laguna ang ugnayan sa mga institusyong pang-akademiko upang mahubog ang mga Iskolar ng Bayan bilang mga makabuluhang katuwang sa pagsusulong ng kaunlaran, paglilingkod sa bayan, at mas makatarungang kinabukasan para sa mga magsasakang Pilipino.

𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴

Resolving agrarian cases with promptness and efficiency was the main focus as DARPO Laguna conducted a three day Integrated Technical and Legal Capacity Building Program from October 6 to 8, 2026. Designed to fast track pending ALI and Cancellation cases, the intensive seminar equipped field and legal teams with streamlined workflows.

Under the leadership of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, the initiative was spearheaded by the Legal Division under Chief Legal Officer Atty. Perseus A. Antigua, in close collaboration with the Land Tenure Improvement Division led by LTIU Head Engr. Ramil O. Montejo and the DAR Adjudication Board headed by PARAD Atty. Katrina Gladys G. Regunton.

By bringing together personnel from the divisions involved, the program strengthened inter-office coordination and aligned technical and legal workflows. Participants engaged in comprehensive case reviews, refined their skills in drafting Compromise Agreements, and deepened their understanding of conciliation, land valuation, and leasehold proceedings.

To promote open communication, align operational goals, and build stronger interpersonal ties across all divisions, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Laguna officially launched 𝙋𝘼𝙍𝙋𝙊’𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 yesterday, October 14, 2026.

Set to take place every 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝, this dedicated initiative brings Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Rommel Q. Bote directly together with DARPO Laguna personnel for a series of scheduled meetings and focused group discussions per division.

PARPO’s Day serves as an interactive platform for divisions to present monthly milestones and accomplishments, review ongoing commitments through short assessments, and clarify operational concerns. Beyond administrative updates, the initiative emphasizes meaningful, face to face dialogue between leadership and staff, creating an approachable space where personnel can share ideas, ask questions, and connect over sweet treats and chocolates while discussing the month's highlights.

By encouraging proactive feedback and genuine engagement, DARPO Laguna continues to reinforce a supportive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture dedicated to serving our internal and external clients.

𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢 𝗜 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Continuing its commitment to organizational excellence and merit-based hiring, DARPO Laguna conducted a written examination and panel interviews today, October 14, 2026, for the vacant Agrarian Reform Program Officer I (ARPO I) position. A total of six qualified candidates participated in the comprehensive evaluation at the provincial office in Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

The assessment evaluated each applicant's technical proficiency, public service orientation, and readiness to support the agency's field and administrative operations.

The screening was facilitated by the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB), panel-chaired by PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote alongside key members: PCAO Myra A. Cagungun, CARPO Edgardo T. Bello, DAREA Representative Rizaldy D. Masinsin, and HRMO II Pamela R. Collantes.

Through a transparent recruitment process, DARPO Laguna ensures that incoming public servants are well-equipped to uphold high standards of service delivery for agrarian reform beneficiaries and local communities.

The office thanks all six applicants for their interest, active participation, and dedication to public service.

𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗔𝗣 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀

To promote efficient records management and optimize office space, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) of Laguna successfully carried out the actual disposal of its valueless records today, October 13, 2026.

The undertaking was carried out pursuant to Authority No. A-2025-1083 issued by the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) on May 30, 2025, which scheduled and authorized DARPO Laguna to proceed with the record disposal process. The specific files for disposal were systematically identified following the General Records Disposition Schedule (GRDS) and the agency’s Records Disposition Schedule (RDS).

Under the leadership of PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, the activity was closely supervised by PCAO Myra A. Cagungun, former Provincial Records Custodian (PRC) ARPO II Doña M. Valbuena, and newly designated PRC Jeasary P. Evangelista.

Prior to the turnover, the official buyer affiliated with NAP, through their designated representative, presented the official contract and held a brief discussion detailing their standard guidelines and handling procedures. A total of 35 sacks of valueless records were then weighed and turned over to the buyer's representative, with NAP Records Management Analyst Ms. Vanessa Lim present to oversee the process. The weighing and turnover were also witnessed by OIC Audit Team Leader Ms. Alexandra L. Paglinawan and her team to ensure full transparency and regulatory compliance, after which an official receipt was issued by the cashier.

Matagumpay na inilunsad ang MagsasaKart noong October 5, 2026, kung saan tampok ang mga sariwa at dekalidad na mga produkto mula sa ating mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs).

Ang paglulunsad ng programa ay pinasinayaan sa pamamagitan ng ribbon cutting sa pangunguna nila PARPO II Rommel Q. Bote, PCAO Myra A. Cagungun, Chief Legal Officer Atty. Perseus A. Antigua, CARPO Edgardo T. Bello, at LTIU Head Ramil O. Montejo.

Dito, makikita at mabibili natin ang mga fresh, quality, at locally produced products mula sa ating mga magsasaka.
Sa bawat gulay at produktong binibili natin, may magsasakang nagsikap, nagpagod, at umaasang may magandang balik sa kanilang ani. Sa bawat pisong ginagastos natin sa lokal na produkto, maaaring maging dagdag na kita, dagdag na pag-asa, at dagdag na lakas para sa ating mga magsasaka.
