Lupong Tagapamayapa Barangay Labas

SANTA ROSA CITY LTIA FINAL ASSESSMENT held at the Santa Rosa City Hall on February 24, 2026 participated by Barangay Labas Lupong Tagapamaya members headed by Punong Barangay Ronald Ian De Guzman.

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗦

Isinagawa ang Regular Lupon Meeting ng Barangay LABAS bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusumikap na mapanatili ang kapayapaan, kaayusan, at maayos na ugnayan sa loob ng komunidad.

Pinangunahan ito ni Punong Barangay Ronald Ian A. De Guzman kasama ang mga kasapi ng Lupon Tagapamayapa, bilang patunay ng kanilang dedikasyon sa responsableng pamamahala at serbisyong may malasakit sa mamamayan ng Barangay LABAS.

Sa pamamagitan ng regular na pagpupulong, patuloy na pinatatatag ang tiwala, kooperasyon, at pagkakaisa tungo sa isang ligtas, mapayapa, at maunlad na barangay.

The Barangay LABAS Local Government conducted today an informative seminar on the Magna Carta for Homeowners and HOA (Republic Act 9904), aimed at educating and empowering our community on their rights and responsibilities under the law.

The activity was attended by officers and members of various Homeowners’ Associations in Barangay LABAS. We thank everyone for their active participation and engagement in this meaningful initiative.

WHAT IS SOBA?
The State of the Barangay Address (SBA) is a speech or report delivered by a Barangay Captain, the head of a barangay (the smallest administrative division in the Philippines). It is similar to the State of the Nation Address (SONA) given by the President of the Philippines but is on a local level.

In this address, the Barangay Captain provides updates on the condition and development of the barangay, including its accomplishments, ongoing projects, and challenges faced during the year. The SBA also discusses plans and goals for the upcoming year, such as improvements in health, education, infrastructure, safety, and social welfare services within the community. It is a way for the Barangay Captain to inform the residents and stakeholders of the progress and needs of their local government unit (LGU).
