At about 8:30 AM on July 18, 2026, police trainees of the Santa Rosa CCPS conducted the Saturday Rank Inspection. The formal inspection was held under the supervision of PLTCOL JOHN PAOLO VIVAS CARRACEDO, Chief of Police (COP), along with PSMS Erick M Fadriquelan, Duty Field Training Officer (FTO). The activity aimed to evaluate the personnel's discipline, grooming, and strict compliance with the prescribed Tamang Bihis policy. It was initiated to ensure absolute adherence to organizational standards, assess personnel presentation, and maintain the highest level of discipline and professional readiness within the ranks.
