Php3.4M WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED lN TAYTAY BUY- BUST

Operatives from PDEA Regional Office 4A Special Enforcement Team 1 and Team 2 together with PNP Rizal Provincial Intelligence Team arrested a high-value drug personality during a buy-bust operation in Taytay, Rizal.

On April 16, 2026 at around 4:20 in the afternoon, authorities arrested the suspect as alias Kamid, 21, single, resident of Sitio Gulod, Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal after he was caught red-handed selling more or less 500 grams of suspected shabu, with a standard value of Php3,400,000.00, to a PDEA agent disguised as a buyer in a rooftop parking of a mall in Taytay, Rizal.

A case for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed in court against the suspect.

BADAC Capacity Building Seminar

Taytay, Rizal- ‎On April 8, 2026, personnel from PDEA Rizal Provincial Office, under the supervision of IA V Asnawi A. Salik, Provincial Officer, served as lecturer during the Two-Day BADAC Strengthening Seminar on Drug Prevention and Control held at Bulwagan Sta. Ana, Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay Rizal.

It was attended by the council leaders, coordinators, chief tanod, BPSO personnel, members of the Lupong Tagapamayapa, VAWC/BCPC, Sangguniang Kabataan, CSO, BHW, Sangguniang Barangay and other LGU Personnel involved in the anti-Drug Campaign.

‎2 BIG-TIME PUSHERS ARRESTED IN ANTIPOLO CITY: Php1.5M WORTH OF MA*****NA KUSH SEIZED

Two big-time drug pushers were arrested by joint operatives of PDEA Rizal Provincial Office and PNP Regional Intelligence Unit- Rizal Provincial Intelligence Team during a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, Rizal.

On April 1, 2026 at about 8:50 in the morning, authorities arrested the suspects identified as alias Aubrey, female, 31, businesswoman and alias Daryl, male, 35, businessman.

‎Seized from them were more or less 50 grams of kush with an estimated value of Php1,500,000.00, three (3) pieces of ma*****na plants with a value of Php200 per piece, more or less 0.3 grams of ma*****na seeds, various drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.

‎Charges for violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26 para b (Conspiracy to Sell Dangerous Drugs) and Section 16 (Cultivation of Dangerous Drugs) Article II of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed in court against the suspects.

OPLAN: HARABAS SEMANA SANTA 2026

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 4A (PDEA RO-4A)headed by Dir III Ronald Allan DG Ricardo, Regional Director, in partnership with the Land Transportation Office Region 4A headed by Col Elmer Decena, RD, conducted a surprise mandatory drug testing of all drivers (bus, jeeney and tricycle) and conductors on March 26, 27 and 28, 2026 in the central bus terminals within the Calabarzon region such as Antipolo, Batangas, Lipa, Lucena, San Pablo, Calamba and Tagaytay cities.

The purpose of the OPLAN Harabas is to ensure the safety and security of the commuting public by implementing surprise, mandatory drug testing for public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers and conductors.

Out of 700 who were subjected to random drug testing, five (5) of which tested positive for the presence of dangerous drugs.

Their licenses were turned-over to LTO for proper disposition while the drivers were endorsed to the local government unit for assessment and possible preventive intervention program.
Distribution of IEC materials and K9 units conducted inspection of passenger's luggage and buses.

OPLAN-HARABAS Semana Santa 2026 in Batangas City and Antipolo City

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 4A headed by Director III Ronald Allan DG Ricardo, Regional Director in partnership with Colonel Elmer Decena, Regional Director, Land Transportation Office Region 4A, and the local Philippine National Police conducted "OPLAN: HARABAS" a simultaneous drug testing of al drivers and conductors held on March 26, 2026 at the Batangas Grand Terminal, Batangas City, Batangas and Robinson's Place, Antipolo City, Rizal.

200 bus, jeepney and trike drivers and conductors, were subjected to random drug testing and two (2) showed positive results during the screening test, and will still be confirmed thru chemical analysis, meanwhile, their licenses were turned over to LTO for proper disposition while the drivers were endorsed to the Local Government Unit for assessment and be provided with appropriate intervention program.

PDEA IEC materials were given to passengers and other by-standers while the SIU together with the K9 units conducted inspections to passenger luggage and buses.

3,4 MILLION PESO WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED BY PDEA FROM TWO HIGH-VALUE DRUG PERSONALITIES IN IMUS CAVITE

Joint operatives of PDEA Regional Office 4A Special Enforcement Team 1 and Team 2 and PNP Cavite Maritime Police Station
arrested two high-value drug personalities during a buy-bust operation in Imus, Cavite on March 25, 2026 at about 1:00 in the afternoon.

Confiscated during the operation were more or less 500 grams of suspected shabu worth Php3,400,000.00 and buy-bust money.

Authorities identified the suspects as alias Rex, 54, male, married, working as store supervisor, resident of Barangay Sun Valley, Parañaque City and Grexon, 38, male, married, security guard and resident of Barangay Bunji Compound, Alabang.

Charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) Article II, Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the duo.

Seminar on the Implementation of Drug-Free Workplace Program

Tanay, Rizal - On March 19, 2026, personnel from PDEA Regional Office 4A, served as resource speaker during the seminar on the Implementation of Drug-Free Workplace Program, spearheaded by the MADAC-Tanay held at Breeza Montagne Hotel and Resort. Barangay Tandang Kutyo, Tanay, Rizal with 24 representatives from different business establishments and food industry operating in the Municipality of Tanay as attendees.
