The Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program (BPMSP) is now OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS for Academic Year 2026–2027! 🎓
This government-funded, merit-based scholarship by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) aims to support academically excellent students—especially those from low- to middle-income families—who wish to pursue college education in CHED-identified priority degree programs such as education, healthcare, engineering, agriculture, digital technology, creative industries, and finance.
📋 Basic Qualifications
Filipino citizen
Incoming first-year college student
Senior High School graduate with High or Highest Honors (GWA 95% and above)
From a low- to middle-income household
With good moral character
Not a recipient of any other national government scholarship

Create an account and complete the online application form.
Upload all required documents (e.g., birth certificate, SHS certificate of honors, proof of income).
