𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

In line with the Memorandum Circular No. 106, issued by the Office of the President, please be informed that there will be NO CLEARANCE PROCESSING tomorrow, November 10, 2025, at the NBI Clearance Centers located in the following regions due to Super Typhoon “UWAN”:

National Capital Region (NCR), Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII

Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Dahil sa banta ng matinding ulan at hanging dala ng Bagyong , suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa NCR, CAR, at Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, at VIII bukas, Nobyembre 10, 2025.

Suspendido rin ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon, pati na rin sa Region VI, Region VII, at Negros Island Region sa Nobyembre 10 at 11, 2025.

Maaaring magdeklara ng suspensyon ang ibang LGU, at mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensyang responsable sa essential services.

Mag-ingat po tayo at sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng DOST-PAGASA at ng inyong mga lokal na pamahalaan.

As per PDRRMC Memorandum, dated 9 November 2025, Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto, as PDRRMO Chairperson, has announced the SUSPENSION OF CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, tomorrow, 10 November 2025, throughout the Province of Batangas.

This is founded on the latest science-based forecast and severe weather advisories issued by PAGASA on the effects of Typhoon UWAN.

Schools are encouraged to shift to modular distance learning to ensure continuity of learning, while prioritizing the safety of students and teaching and non-teaching personnel.

Local government units and school authorities are further enjoined to implement necessary precautionary measures and to coordinate with their respective local DRRM Councils for monitoring and response actions.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 96 from the office of the President, work in ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES shall be suspended from 1:00 PM onwards on September 22, 2025 (Monday), to allow workers to celebrate the KAINANG PAMILYA MAHALAGA DAY pursuant to Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012).

Moreover, due to forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought about by Super Typhoon "Nando" and the Southwest Monsoon, work in 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗕𝗜 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 in Metro Manila, Abra, Antique, Bataan, Batangas, Benguet, Bulacan, Cagayan, Cavite, llocos Norte, llocos Sur, Isabela, Kalinga, La Union, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Palawan, Romblon, Rizal, Tarlac and Zambales are hereby 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 97.

Walang pasok bukas, Setyembre 22, 2025, Lunes, sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, gayundin sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa mga sumusunod na lugar dahil sa Super Typhoon at Habagat.

Tuloy ang operasyon ng mga ahensyang may essential services gaya ng kalusugan, seguridad, at disaster response. Pinapayuhan ang lahat na mag-ingat, iwasan ang mga mapanganib na lugar, at manatiling nakatutok sa mga opisyal na abiso ng pamahalaan.
