The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) solemnly observed Holy Week through a meaningful Visita Iglesia pilgrimage across several historic churches in Batangas, reaffirming the Academyโs commitment to spiritual growth and moral formation.
The activity was conducted under the leadership of PMGEN ANDRE P. DIZON, Director, PNPA, and was facilitated by PCPT JOHN RALPH S. TESTON, Chief of the Religious Affairs Office.
Catholic cadets, officers, personnel from the Academics Group, TACG and other members of the PNPA community actively participated in the pilgrimage as an expression of faith and reflection. The activity included honoring the Blessed Sacrament, meditating on the Passion of Christ, and praying the Stations of the Cross in each church visited.
Through this spiritual undertaking, the PNPA continues to uphold its holistic training approachโstrengthening not only the physical and intellectual capacities of future public safety officers, but also their moral and spiritual foundations. The participation of the Academics Group personnel further highlights its commitment to integrating values formation within academic instruction. This initiative reinforces the Academyโs adherence to its core value of being โMaka-Diyos,โ instilling discipline, humility, and faith among its cadets and personnel.
