- 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲

TIGNAN: Ang 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟓, 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐞 ay nagpatibay ng mga bagong ordinansa upang mapanatili ang kaayusan at kaayusan sa ating binangayan. Ang mga sumusunod na ordinansa ay naglalayong maiwasan ang mga problema at mapangalagaan ang kalusugan at kaayusan ng mga residente.

1. 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗴. 𝟬𝟬𝟭-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Isang Ordinansa na nagreregula sa paggamit ng mga videoke machine at iba pang amplified audio devices sa Barangay Poblacion 5. Ito ay nagtatakda ng mga parusa sa paglabag dito, pati na rin sa iba pang layunin.

2. 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗴. 𝟬𝟬𝟮-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Ordinansa na Nagpapairal ng Curfew Hours para sa mga Bata na Nasa Panganib (Children at Risk) sa Barangay Poblacion 5, Silang, Cavite, nagtatakda ng mga hakbang ng interbensyon at diversion alinsunod sa Batas Republika Blg. 9344, at nagtatadhana ng panan.

3. 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗴. 𝟬𝟬𝟯-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Isang Ordinansa na nagbabawal sa iba pang mga gawain o pag-uugali na hindi karapat-dapat sa loob ng Barangay Poblacion 5.

4. 𝗞𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗴. 𝟬𝟬𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Isang Ordinansa na nagbabawal sa paglalakad o pananatili nang walang pang-itaas na damit (topless o half-naked) sa mga pampublikong lugar sa loob ng Barangay Poblacion 5. Ito ay nagtatakda ng mga parusa sa lalabag dito.

Kami ay nananawagan sa mga residente upang sumunod at mapanatili ang mga ordinansa upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan at kaayusan ng ating komunidad. Muli, maraming salamat sa inyong pagtutulungan at pakikiisa.
