Congratulations to 𝐏𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐳𝐳𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓. 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 of MASIDTALAK Class of 2023 for completing the Special Forces Combat Qualification Course (SFCQC). 𝐏𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐳𝐳𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓. 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 conquered the 10-month gauntlet. His achievement carries deeper meaning as it coincides with the blessed month of Ramadhan - a time of sacrifice, discipline, self-control, and unwavering faith in Allah (SWT).

Just as Ramadhan teaches us sabr, through fasting and prayer, 𝐏𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐳𝐳𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓. 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧’s success reminds us that with hardship comes ease.

Alhamdulillah! With hearts full of gratitude to Allah (SWT), we proudly congratulate PMAJ ABUBACAR-SIDIQUE L SUMANDAR of PNPA Masundayaw Class of 2016 and PLT VINCE JAMSID S SAPII of PNPA Layag-Diwa Class of 2024 for successfully graduating from the Philippine National Police Special Action Force Commando Course, Class 125-2024 “ARCHIONS.”

Through discipline, sacrifice, and unwavering faith, they endured one of the most challenging training programs in the uniformed service. PMAJ SUMANDAR emerged as Class 01, while PLT SAPII graduated as Top 1 and Strong Man of the Class — a true testament to strength of body, clarity of mind, and firmness of iman.

MASIDTALAK MUSLIM OFFICERS SHINE IN TOP POSITIONS

The Muslim Cadet Society proudly honors three outstanding Muslim officers from the PNPA MASIDTALAK Class of 2023 who recently excelled in their respective professional courses.

PLT Mohammad Jubail D. Rangaig secured TOP 3 in the PNP SWAT Course “LEGION” in PRO 12, standing out among 56 trainees. He also earned the Leadership Award as Class President, proving his strength both in tactical skill and command responsibility.

In the PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS BASIC COURSE (PSOBC) Class 2025-02 “MASALIGAN,” two Masidtalak officers also rose to the top:
• PLT Alrayyan Mohammad Sali Arjan – TOP 1 with a remarkable grade of 94.248, earning the Jose Rizal Academic Excellence Award.
• PLT Sultan Ismael Frusa Camsa – TOP 8, achieving a commendable 93.637.

Their achievements reflect the dedication, excellence, and pride of Muslim officers in public service. The Muslim Cadet Society congratulates PLT Rangaig, PLT Arjan, and PLT Camsa for bringing honor to the Masidtalak Class and inspiring the next generation of Muslim leaders in the uniformed service.
