We were the former Provincial Transport Coordinators in the time of P.A. Ariel Lim (thanks to him we had unselfishly united ourselves thru the effort of Kuyang Jacob Arroyo -not related to PGMA and had PTAP registered at the SEC on December 2009 with 7 inactive incorporators. It was on December 27, 2009 I was selected by the majority PTAP officials to hold the Chairmanship. Nobody dared to challen
ge the selection-appointment and the rest is History. PTAP had been known to the DOTC, DILG, PNP, LTO, LTFRB, TMG,as companion to the Matuwid na Daan Policy of the Pnoy Administration....PTAP NEVER COLLECT MEMBERSHIP FEES NOR MONTHLY DUES FROM ITS MEMBERS NATIONWIDE...BUT IT CAN SURVIVE AND SUSTAIN ITS ACTIVITIES...GRAFTBUSTER....LIVELIHOOD PROVIDER.... LEGAL ASSISTANCE...NOT ONLY TO ITS SECTOR BUT INCLUDING THE NGOs or the PASSENGERS are its members.....
