1. A natural-born Filipino citizen;
2. Must be 18 to 22 years old (your birthdate must be between May 2, 2003 and May 1, 2008) at the time of admission which is May 1, 2026;
3. Male or female, must be single with no parental obligation;
4. At least Senior High School graduate upon admission (May 1, 2026);
5. At least 5 ft and 2 inches (157.48cm) for males and 5 ft (152.40cm) for females in height;
6. With weight that corresponds to the applicant’s height, gender, and age (BMI);
7. Physically and mentally fit to undergo the Cadetship Program;
8. With good moral character (no criminal, administrative, or civil derogatory record);
9. Without pending complaint and/or case before any tribunal of whatever nature;
10. Not a former cadet of PNPA, or other similar institutions; and
11. Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause.
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒. Please have your CLEAR SCANNED COPIES (in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format) of the following:
1. PSA Birth Certificate
2. Passport-sized or 2x2 picture with name tag

To assess the capabilities of various police stations, jails, and fire stations, a series of scenarios have been devised. The first scenario involves transporting a high-profile detainee from Malvar City Jail to the justice hall for case dismissal. Police and jail officers must ensure route and area security during the es**rt. In the second scenario, a high-profile detainee must be safely extracted from the Hall of Justice to Malvar City Jail. The third scenario involves performing SOCO operations and establishing an Incident Command System in case of an ambush, with the Fire Department providing emergency medical services and aiding in suspect identification and arrest. The fourth scenario is a hostage-taking incident, requiring the establishment of an Incident Command System, deployment of tactical teams and negotiators, and adherence to rules of engagement to ensure the safety of hostages and apprehend the hostage-taker. The fifth scenario involves a Hazmat and Fire Incident, requiring fire suppression and HAZMAT operations. Lastly, the sixth scenario involves IED response, requiring a Render Safe Procedure, SMS ERI IED Recovery, and investigation. These activities aim to provide graduating cadets with practical experience in handling real-world incidents, offering valuable insights on effective management strategies.
