The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) proudly announces the successful completion of Phase 3: Case-Based Scenario training by the PNPA Sinaglawin Class of 2025. The training was held under the Lakan Component City Police Station on March 7, 2025.
This significant milestone marks the culmination of the cadets' rigorous training in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. The Case-Based Scenario training is designed to simulate real-world policing scenarios, enabling cadets to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
The PNPA Sinaglawin Class of 2025 demonstrated exceptional skills in teamwork, communication, and adaptability throughout the training. Their dedication and perseverance are a testament to their commitment to becoming top-notch law enforcement officers.

LAKAN CCPS in supervision of PLTCOL GIBSON P MOJICA, ably represented by PCPT CARL JAMES VILLAFUERTE joined Provincial Explosive Ordinance Disposal and Canine Unit. Spearheaded by PCOL JONATHAN B ABELLA, PNP - EOD/K9 Group, Deputy Director for Administration, held at Philippine National Police Academy in conducting the Project ABKD: "Awareness of Bombs that Kill lives and Destroy Properties."
This activity aims to equip PNPA cadets on how to handle and respond any terrorism threat involving explosive-related incidents may transpired.

CADETS OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE ACADEMY, SINAGLAWIN CL OF 2025 CONDUCTED FIELD VISITATION ON PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ 28, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ.
On February 29, 2025, the cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy, Sinaglawi Class of 2025, conducted a field visitation to the Philippine Coast Guard. This visit provided us with a unique opportunity to observe the vital role the Coast Guard plays in ensuring maritime safety and security. I was impressed by their dedication and professionalism in protecting our nation's waters and responding to emergencies. During the visit, we learned about the various operations the Coast Guard handles, from search and rescue missions to enforcing maritime laws. It was fascinating to see how different agencies collaborate to safeguard the public, especially in critical situations at sea. This experience reminded me of the importance of adaptability and coordination in law enforcement. I gained a deeper appreciation for the work done by the Coast Guard, and it further strengthened my commitment to serving the public with integrity and dedication in whatever role I may have in the future.

PNPA Cadets Enhance Financial Literacy Through a Lecture by JC SupT Brendan O. Fulgencio on February 26, 2025.
On February 26, 2025, we had the privilege of attending a lecture on financial literacy by JC SupT Brendan O. Fulgencio. This session was incredibly valuable, as it broadened my understanding of how essential financial management is in both personal and professional life. As future officers, itโs important for us to not only manage our careers and responsibilities effectively but also ensure that our finances are in order. The lecture covered topics like budgeting, saving, and investing, all of which are vital skills that will help us make sound decisions both now and in the future. I found the practical advice shared by SupT Fulgencio particularly helpful, especially since financial stability is key to maintaining focus and productivity in our demanding roles. This lecture has motivated me to be more conscious of my financial decisions and has equipped me with the knowledge to navigate personal finances more wisely moving forward.

PNPA Cadets Conduct Field Visit to the NDRRMC, Office of Civil Defense, and Quezon City Police District on February 24, 2025.
On February 24, 2025, our PNPA class had the opportunity to conduct a field visit to the NDRRMC, Office of Civil Defense, and the Quezon City Police District. This experience was eye-opening and insightful, as it gave me a deeper understanding of the collaborative efforts required in disaster response and public safety. At the NDRRMC and Office of Civil Defense, I saw firsthand how agencies work together to prepare for and respond to emergencies. It emphasized the importance of preparedness and coordination in minimizing the impact of disasters. Visiting the Quezon City Police District allowed me to observe how local police forces operate, maintain order, and ensure the safety of the community. This field visit reinforced the significance of teamwork, resource management, and communication in law enforcement and emergency management. I left the visit more inspired and motivated to contribute to the safety and well-being of the public in my future career.

PNPA Cadets Conclude Cadet Attachment Program with a Closing Ceremony on February 21, 2025.
On Day 15 of our Station Immersion, we concluded the Cadet Attachment Program with a Closing Ceremony on February 21, 2025. As I reflect on the experience, I am filled with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude. Throughout the program, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in various aspects of police work, from handling personnel accounting to engaging in checkpoint operations and participating in lectures. Each day provided me with new insights and strengthened my commitment to becoming a law enforcement officer. The closing ceremony marked the end of this intense but rewarding journey, and it felt like a milestone in my development as a cadet. I realized just how much Iโve grown over the past two weeks, gaining a deeper understanding of the responsibilities, challenges, and honor that come with serving as a police officer. I am now more confident and motivated to continue my path toward serving and protecting the community.

On Day 14 of our Station Immersion, I had the chance to engage in a lecture and participate in a courtesy call at the Los Baรฑos Police Station on February 20, 2025. This experience was both informative and eye-opening. The lecture provided me with deeper insights into the theoretical aspects of policing, allowing me to connect what Iโve learned in the classroom to real-world applications. It also gave me a broader understanding of the challenges and responsibilities that law enforcement officers face. During the courtesy call, I learned the importance of building respectful relationships with colleagues and the community. It emphasized the significance of professionalism, good communication, and mutual respect in fostering positive relationships between officers and the public. This experience not only enhanced my knowledge but also strengthened my commitment to serving with integrity and compassion, further shaping me into the kind of officer I aspire to be.

On Day 13 of our Station Immersion, I had the opportunity to participate in Daily Personnel Accounting, attend an AFP-MBAI lecture, and engage in COMELEC Checkpoint Operations in Los Baรฑos. This experience was incredibly insightful, as I was able to see how essential personnel accounting is to ensure that every officer is properly accounted for and ready for duty. The AFP-MBAI lecture was also enlightening, expanding my knowledge of the military's role in law enforcement and how both sectors work together in maintaining national security. Finally, participating in the COMELEC checkpoint operations gave me a deeper understanding of the significance of police work during elections, ensuring public safety and fair election processes. This day reinforced my commitment to uphold law and order, emphasizing the importance of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork in every aspect of law enforcement. It was a pivotal moment in my journey to becoming a future police officer.
