With heartfelt dedication to the welfare of our community, the successful turnover of the Privilege Card Program was made possible through the inspiring leadership of Hon. Maria Gina M. Lizares, our beloved City Mayor, together with Hon.Oscar C. Montilla Jr., City Vice Mayor, and Hon.James Anthony Montilla Garrucho, SP Member. Their commitment reflects a government that truly values compasaion,accessibility,and meaningful service for every citizen.with the strong support of our Barangay Officials headed by Barangay Captain Hon.Rodolfo G.Caldito together with our Purok Officials and Cluster Leaders.

This program is more than just a privilege card - it is a symbol of hope ,care, and unity in building a stronger and more inclusive community for all.
