LGU SITANGKAI ATTENDS THE STATE OF THE PROVINCE ADDRESS

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sitangkai, headed by Mayor Hon. Hji. Allan K. Ahaja, attended the State of the Province Address (SOFA) delivered by Governor Hon. Yshmael “Mang” I. Sali, Governor of the Province of Tawi-Tawi.

The occasion brought together local government officials and stakeholders to hear the province’s accomplishments, ongoing programs, and development priorities for the people of Tawi-Tawi.

LGU Sitangkai remains committed to strengthening coordination and cooperation with the Provincial Government as we work together toward meaningful and inclusive development for our communities.

LOOK | Municipality of Sitangkai Joins Grand Parade for the 53rd Kamahardikaan Sin Tawi-Tawi

Delegates and representatives from the Municipality of Sitangkai actively participated in the grand parade on September 23, 2026, marking the official opening of the 53rd Kamahardikaan Sin Tawi-Tawi week-long celebration. The parade marched from Capitol Hills in Tubig Boh to the Provincial Sports Complex in Tubig Mampallam, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.

Led by municipal officials, local government employees, and community contingents, Sitangkai proudly joined provincial leaders, partner agencies, neighboring municipalities, uniformed personnel, and academic institutions in showcasing unity, rich cultural heritage, and shared pride across the province.
