We talk a lot about the future, but if you want to see what it actually looks like, you just have to look at our kids.

Spending time with the young people during the Kamp Bulilit "Kids Hour" wasn't just an incredible burst of energy. It was a reminder. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲, 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲.

Handing out ice cream treats alongside our incredible mothers wasn't just about a moment of celebration. It was about community. And that is exactly why the work we do continues—because true service doesn’t require an established role or an official title in government. It is an advocacy, driven by the heart, to uplift our people from the ground up.

Titles come and go. But our commitment to the future of Nueva Vizcaya—to our neighbors, our families, and our youth—remains steady and unconditional.

I happily went to the 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁 "𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿" to hand out sweet treats to the children for Solano's Pagbiagan Fiesta. But the youth of Solano had other plans for me!

When the youth of Solano challenge you, you don't step back—laban kung laban! It’s been a privilege serving you as your governor, but matching the explosive energy of our young people on the dance floor? 𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙮 𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙠𝙖𝙨𝙡𝙖 𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙪-𝙤𝙠 𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙤! But seeing the laughter and joy in our community makes every single step worth it.

A town's milestone is always a beautiful reminder of the deep ties and heritage that bind a community together. It was a privilege to join our fellow provincial and local leaders—including Vice Governor Eufemia Dacayo, Mayor Philip Dacayo, Vice Mayor Ed Tiongson, Congressman Tim Cayton, and ABC President Mel Marzo, Former Councilor Reggie Valino Valdez—alongside our spiritual guidance from Father Bernard Paguio and Father Jonathan Valdez, to mark this special occasion.

When it comes to celebrating the heart and soul of Solano, we all stand together in appreciating the warmth, culture, and resilience of our people.

Happy National Teachers' Day! 🇵🇭

Bilang pasasalamat sa ating mga dakilang g**o, nakikiisa tayo sa pagdiriwang ng National Teachers' Month at World Teachers' Day ngayong taon!

This year’s theme, "Teacher, Ikaw Naman!" puts the well-being of our educators front and center. Pagkatapos ng lahat ng sakripisyo, puyat, at pag-aalaga sa ating mga mag-aaral, panahon naman para alagaan, pahalagahan, at unahin ang kapakanan ng ating mga g**o.

Maraming salamat, Ma'am at Sir, sa inyong walang sawang paggabay at pagmamahal. Kayo ang aming mga bayani sa loob at labas ng silid-aralan. Ngayong araw—at araw-araw—kayo naman ang aming bibigyang-pugay!

Nabendisionan ken natalna a Domingo kadakayo amin, kakabsat!

As we gather with our families and communities today for the 27th Sunday in Ordinary Time, our liturgy reminds us of the profound trust and responsibility God has placed in our hands.

Our lives, our talents, our families, and our beloved Nueva Vizcaya are blessings directly invested in us by the Almighty. With these great blessings comes an inspiring calling—to step up, serve with integrity, and actively leave a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those around us.

Let the inspiring words of today's Gospel Alleluia guide our hearts and actions throughout the coming week:
“I have chosen you from the world, says the Lord, to go and bear fruit that will remain.” — John 15:16

In these fast-paced times, it is easy to feel overwhelmed or anxious about the challenges we face. But as St. Paul beautifully reminds us in the Second Reading (Philippians 4:6-9), we must dismiss all anxiety. Let us lift everything to the Lord in prayer with a grateful heart, and fill our minds with whatever is true, pure, honorable, and just.

When we anchor our hearts in God's peace, we find the strength to keep cultivating our communities—serving others with consistency and love, because true public service never stops.

May we all be instruments of His peace and builders of a fruitful, unified province. Pagpalain po tayong lahat ng Maykapal! 🙏❤️

We officially cut the ribbon to open the Agri-Tourism Booth and showcase the Finest Inandila, a true testament to our culinary heritage. But the real history-maker today was the launching of Bagabag's 1st Coffee Festival and coffee brewing competition!
Our local coffee farmers and talented baristas took center stage, proving that our mountains yield exceptional beans capable of fueling a booming local coffee culture. This is exactly the kind of sustainable, farm-to-table innovation that elevates our local tourism ecosystem and puts our municipalities on the national map.
