Barangay MANGAN-VACA through Barangay Treasurer Ms. Jenica I. Dioyan received the BAWAT BARANGAY MAKIKINABANG PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER SOCIO - CIVIC PROJECT FUNDS amounting to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 200, 000.00) on October 7, 2026.

Under the program, the barangay shall allocate One Hundred Thousand Pesos ( Php 100, 000.00 ) to provide scholarship to ( 5 ) identified beneficiaries and another ( Php 100, 000.00) to support the implementation of priority barangay projects.

🚑 ISANG TAOS-PUSONG PAKIUSAP PARA SA INYONG PAG-UNAWA

Ang ating Barangay Rescue Team at Patient Transport Vehicle ay laging handang rumesponde at tumulong sa oras ng pangangailangan. Hangga’t maaari, sinisikap ng ating team na maasikaso ang bawat tawag at request sa lalong madaling panahon.

Gayunpaman, may mga pagkakataon po talaga na sabay-sabay ang mga nangangailangan ng tulong at transportasyon. Kapag nangyari po ito at hindi agad kayo ma-accommodate, taos-puso po kaming humihingi ng paumanhin at ng inyong malawak na pang-unawa.
Nais po naming ipabatid na mahalaga sa amin ang bawat tawag at bawat pasyenteng nangangailangan ng tulong. Walang sinuman ang sadyang hindi pinapansin. May mga pagkakataon lamang po na ang ating rescue personnel at sasakyan ay kasalukuyang nakaresponde o may hinahatid nang ibang pasyente.

Kahit nais po nating matulungan agad ang lahat, may mga pagkakataong hindi talaga maiiwasan ang sabay-sabay na request.
Maraming salamat po sa inyong pasensya, pang-unawa, at patuloy na tiwala sa ating Barangay Rescue Team. Patuloy po silang magsisikap na makapaglingkod at makatulong sa abot ng kanilang makakaya. ❤️🙏

The Barangay Mangan-Vaca joins the Municipality of Subic in mourning the passing of Ms. Rena Martinez Landicho of the Barangay Affairs Office.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, loved ones, friends, and colleagues. Her dedication and service to our community will always be remembered with gratitude.

💡 STREET LIGHT MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION

Street light maintenance and improvements were carried out in Purok 3A and Purok 4, including the replacement of busted bulbs, repair of wiring and switches, installation of additional street lights, and installation of solar lights.

These efforts were conducted under the supervision of Punong Barangay Oliver Ian Reyes and the Barangay Council to help keep our streets safer and well-lit at night.
