Two years may seem like a short period of time, but the memories, friendships, lessons, and meaningful contributions you have shared with us at Balasinon Elementary School will surely remain in our hearts for a very long time.
Today, we find ourselves saying goodbye to someone who has become an important part of our school family—our dear Admin Officer II, Ma’am Shine Millen Mondejar. As you embark on a new journey and transfer to another school, we would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for the two wonderful years that you have spent with us.
Ma’am Shine, thank you for your dedication, patience, commitment, and professionalism in serving our school. Behind every document processed, every report prepared, every request attended to, every concern addressed, and every task accomplished was your hard work and sincere commitment to making things easier and better for everyone. Your role as our Admin Officer II was never just about paperwork and responsibilities—it was also about being someone whom we could approach, someone who was always willing to help, and someone who became an essential part of the daily life of our school.
We will truly miss your presence in the office and around the school. We will miss the conversations, the smiles, the laughter, the little moments, and even the busy days when we worked together to accomplish everything that needed to be done. Your presence brought warmth and familiarity to our school community, and it will certainly feel different without you.
Thank you for being a dependable colleague and a wonderful friend. Thank you for your understanding whenever things became challenging, for your patience when deadlines were tight, and for your willingness to extend help whenever someone needed it. Although we are saddened by your departure, we are also happy for you because this transfer marks the beginning of another chapter in your professional journey. We know that wherever you go, you will continue to do your best, serve with dedication, and touch the lives of the people around you. Your new school is truly fortunate to have someone like you.
