Nibisita ang mga opisyales sa Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Surigao del Norte Council sa opisina ni City Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II para storyahan an mga programa na magpalig-on sa disiplina sanan liderato sa mga kabatan-onan sa siyudad.

Sentro sa panaghisgot ang pagpahigayon sa Emergency Training Course kuman na buyan nan Mayo didto sa Sitio Brazil, Brgy. Mat-i. Tumong nan ini na matabangan sanan madugangan an kahibayo sa mga scouts sa mga pamaagi sa pagluwas ug pagtubag sa panahon sa emerhensya. Dugang pa, tagpangandaman sab an plano na aktibidad sa Sea Scout.

An delegasyon sa BSP gipangunahan ni Council Executive Josefina Gumato kaiban si Training Commissioner Arthur Jamera. Mitambong sab sa panagtigum sila City Councilor Karl Duane Casurra sanan City Budget Officer Atty. Jeffrey Galido.

Nagpaabot nan dako nija na suporta si Mayor Paul Dumlao sa mga programa sa BSP. Laong pa nan Mayor, prayoridad sa lokal na panggamhanan ang paghatag nan mga kahigayonan na makakat-on ang mga Batang Surigaonon nan mahinungdanong life skills, sakto na pamatasan, sanan pagpangalagad sa komunidad pinaagi sa scouting.

Andam ang Lokal na Panggamhanan sa Siyudad nan Surigao na makigtambayayong sa BSP para masiguro na magmalampuson an tanan kalihokan alang sa kalamboan sa mga kabatan-onan sa Siyudad sa Surigao.

Rest easy now, Sir Meric A. Guyano, WBH, for you have finally gone home to the loving embrace of our Creator. Your life was a reflection of service, humility, and compassion, and your legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives you touched.

You were more than a Scout Leader, you were a mentor, a guiding light, and an inspiration to countless Scouts and members of the community. Through your passion, kindness, and unwavering dedication, you taught others the true meaning of character, service, and brotherhood. The lessons you shared and the memories you created will continue to live on in every life you helped shape.

Though your physical presence is no longer with us, your spirit will continue to inspire generations to serve with courage, humility, and love. May your soul find eternal peace, and may those you leave behind find comfort in knowing that your journey on earth was meaningful and deeply cherished.
