Please be informed that the 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 to give way for the repainting and preparation of the court for the upcoming 62nd Araw ng Poblacion Celebration.

Busa, wala usa'y pagtugot sa paggamit sa court para sa praktis, duwa, ug uban pang kalihokan samtang nagpadayon ang pagpintal. Gihangyo namo ang inyong pagsabot ug kooperasyon aron masiguro nga mahuman kini sa hustong panahon ug mapreserbar ang kalidad sa bag-ong pintura.

𝟭. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄
The strict timing format ensures the event runs smoothly and fairly for all participants.

📍𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏/𝑺𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒑: 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝟓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔.
* This includes getting on stage, plugging in instruments, tuning, and a quick line-check.
📍𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆: 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝟏𝟓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔.
* The timer starts the moment the first note is played or the band addresses the microphone.
📍𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆: Bands have complete freedom of musical genre and song choice (originals or covers), provided the content is appropriate for the venue and audience.
📍𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚: Bands that exceed their 15-minute performance time will face a deduction of 2 points per minute from their total score. At 18 minutes, the stage audio will be cut.

𝟮. 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗞𝗶𝘁 & 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
We want every band to perform at their best, so we are flexible with the drum arrangements:

🥁 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒖𝒎 𝑫𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒂 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒅:
📍𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝐷𝑟𝑢𝑚𝑠: A complete house drum kit (including shells, hardware, cymbals, and snare) is fully provided and ready on stage for any band that does not have or cannot bring their own.
📍𝐵𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑂𝑤𝑛 𝐷𝑟𝑢𝑚𝑠: Bands are allowed to bring and use their own drum kits if they prefer their own sound.
📍𝐶𝑟𝑢𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝑆𝑒𝑡𝑢𝑝 𝑁𝑜𝑡𝑒: If a band chooses to bring their own drums, they must still fit their entire setup within the strict 5-minute preparation window. To achieve this, their drum kit must be completely assembled backstage beforehand so it can be quickly rolled or carried onto the stage when their slot begins.
📍𝑂𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝐺𝑒𝑎𝑟: The main sound system (PA), vocal microphones, and standard guitar/bass amplifiers.
📍What Bands Must Bring: Guitars, basses, keyboards, instrument cables, and effects pedals.

𝟯. 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 (𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹)
Judges will score each band out of 100 points, broken down into four categories:
𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
📌𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 & 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 - 𝟑𝟎 𝙥𝙩𝙨
Tightness, staying in tune/time, vocal harmonies, and overall mastery of the instruments.
📌𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 - 𝟐𝟓 𝙥𝙩𝙨
Crowd interaction, energy, confidence, and visual performance on stage.
📌𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝟮𝟱 𝗽𝘁𝘀
Creative song choices, unique transitions within the 15-minute set, or excellent songwriting (if original).
📌𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 & 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙢 - 𝟐𝟎 𝙥𝙩𝙨
Staying within the 5-minute setup and 15-minute play windows, attitude, and respect for stage crew.

𝟰. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁
* Late Arrival: If a band is not backstage and ready to gear up when their slot is called, they risk immediate disqualification.

* Equipment Care: Whether using your own gear or the provided house drums/amps, treat all equipment on stage with respect. Intentional damage will result in immediate disqualification.

* Live Performance Only: No backing tracks or pre-recorded sequences are allowed. Everything heard must be played live on stage.

Please be informed that the submission of entries for all sports competitions of the 62nd Araw ng Poblacion Celebration will officially commence on Monday.

All participants are required to submit a photocopy of 𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 (𝗜𝗗) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀, especially for Basketball Senior and 16-Under Categories.

Team Captains or designated Team Representatives may submit the requirements through any of the following:

✅ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹; 𝗼𝗿
