On 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 for our project 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐑𝐉 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝-𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦-𝐭𝐨-𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬, the technical personnel from 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐀𝐑𝐐 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, and 𝐃𝐀-𝐏𝐑𝐃𝐏 𝐑𝐏𝐂𝐎 𝟏𝟑 gathers once again at the City Hall.

Specific requirements and reminders were tackled by the PRDP Team, informing the contractor, ARQ Builders, and key personnel from the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 of their roles and responsibilities for the technical, social, and financial administration of the project.

Last March 31, 2026, LGU Surigao City, together with our partners, the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 - 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐃𝐀-𝐏𝐑𝐃𝐏) 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝟏𝟑, 𝐀𝐑𝐐 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, and 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢, gathered together at Brgy. Anomar, Surigao City, for the conduct of 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 of our project 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐑𝐉 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝-𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦-𝐭𝐨-𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬.

This project involves the construction of a 6.33km of farm-to-market road and 3 concrete bridges connecting the three (3) barangays — Brgy. Mabini, Brgy. Anomar and Brgy. Trinidad.

With detailed presentations from PRDP, the LGU, the Contractor, and more importantly, the community, were informed of their respective roles and responsibilities for the successful implementation of the project.

Healthy exchanges of inquiries, concerns, and information capped the activity. All parties have expressed their strong commitment and appreciation to the project.

The City Government of Surigao invites all households, offices, and establishments to take part in this global initiative.

Join Earth Hour, a movement that began in 2007 in Sydney. Observed every year, this activity reminds us of the importance of saving energy and protecting the environment. By switching off lights and unplugging non-essential devices for one hour, communities around the world show their shared commitment to sustainability.
