The Office of the Clerk of Court (OCC) will now be implementing a change in the four‑day (4‑day) work arrangement in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 02‑2026 and the Internal Guidelines for First- and Second-Level Courts.

Below is the updated schedule and services:

📣📣📣 𝗔 𝗧 𝗧 𝗘 𝗡 𝗧 𝗜 𝗢 𝗡 📣📣📣

In compliance with OCA Circular No. 02-2026, RE: Adoption of Flexible Work Arrangements and Energy Conservation Measures in the Judiciary, the Regional Trial Courts, Regional Trial Court, Surigao City shall adopt the work from home arrangement.

The Regional Trial Courts of Branch 29 and 30, Surigao City shall remain open from Monday to Friday, and the Office of the Clerk of Court, Surigao City shall remain open from Monday to Saturday to ensure the continuous delivery of essential court services.

However, pursuant to the Circular, the said branches and Office shall operate under skeletal workforce on Mondays and Fridays, during which the courts and office shall cater only to urgent and important matters requiring immediate action, including bail bond applications.

The Office of the Clerk of Court shall likewise remain open every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to assist in bail bond applications and other urgent matters requiring prompt action.

Accordingly, please refer to the attached Memorandum for the schedule.
