To all unclaimed scholars assigned to claim their allowance at the Provincial Youth Development Office, please be advised that the release of the 1st Semester Cash Allowance will be until 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲.

Scholars are strongly advised to claim their allowance 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌. No further extensions will be granted.

For scholars who are unable to personally claim their allowance, an authorized representative may claim on their behalf. The representative must present an authorization letter written by the scholar and notarized by an attorney, along with photocopies of both the scholar’s and representative’s IDs.
