On behalf of Barangay Luna, I am deeply honored and grateful to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for recognizing our community as an Outstanding Barangay for the Second Quarter of 2025.
This award is a reflection of the collective efforts, dedication, and hard work of our entire barangay team.
