BAG-ONG GOOD NEWS!!! Our two (2) SUSPECT CASES from San Jose and Basilisa have been tested using the RT-PCR assay. Both tested NEGATIVE of COVID-19. Earlier, our two (2) PRESUMPTIVE CASES also came out with NEGATIVE results in their RT-PCR assay.

With this, we still have ZERO (0) CONFIRMED CASES so far in the province of Dinagat Islands.

We request everyone to continue following our prevention protocols so we can avoid the transmission of the virus in Dinagat Islands. These include our QUARANTINE PROCEDURES especially for newly arrived individuals in the province, which is the best way for us to detect and prevent COVID-19 infection. We may be placed under Modified General Community Quarantine with less strict rules, but we need to be stronger than ever when it comes to our vigilance against COVID-19. Our communities are our frontlines against the pandemic. Let us all support each other during these times.
