Kabalikat Radiocom Storm Base

Our 10-100/Registered Office of Kabalikat Radiocom Philippines- Storm Base Chapter, Surigao City, burned down to ashes. At the same time the residence of two of our comrades KB45 & KB75.

At around 0230H 22 July 2022, fire started at the vicinity of KB75 Residence with cause still yet unknown pending investigation. Luckily both KB75 & his 10-133 survive unscathed. However, no personal belongings were salvaged from the fire. KB45 and his family was out of town at that time. With this terrible tragedy we are pleading for your support across comrades throughout the country. We, as volunteers do not have sufficient support for this type of catastrophe. As volunteers, we respond to emergencies with all of our lives to risk, but this time, our comrades is asking for all our help.

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the Kabalikat Radiocom Philippines-RCAC Chapters, for extending your generous donations to STORM BASE who was devastated by typhoon odette last Dec 16. And thereby extending generous relief goods to Surigaonon Community particularly in Punta Bilar, Surigao City. A total of 280packs of Rice & canned goods donated. Spearheaded by our National Chairman KB2640 Ruben delas Llagas.

Kabalikat Radiocom Storm Base represented the National Chairman KB2640 Ruben De las Llagas for the Chapter Recognition & Elevation of Members.

Surf Base Chapter headed by KB22 Godofredo Jr Sajol Storm Base, as the newly elected Chapter President.

Back in 2017 KB22 & KB02 of Storm Base attempted to organize the Chapter but significantly failed in its recruitment. Through the efforts of KB01 Brian Convicto Domagtoy Mindaňa Penados, Surf Base & KB22 Godofredo Jr Sajol of Storm Base, a new Chapter has turned into a reality.
