𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) paid tribute to the late Deputy Commandant for Administration, Vice Admiral Allan Victor-Tamayo Dela Vega, by bestowing upon him military honors at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, today, 25 August 2024.
CG Vice Admiral Dela Vega dedicated service and leadership were recognized by his colleagues and superiors within the Coast Guard.
The ceremony honoring Vice Admiral Dela Vega included a 21-gun salute, and the playing of Taps as a final farewell. Members of the Coast Guard, as well as representatives from other branches of service gathered to pay their respects to the Deputy Commandant for Administration.
During his time in service, CG Vice Admiral Dela Vega made significant contributions to the PCG, demonstrating unwavering commitment and dedication to his duties. His leadership served as an inspiration to many within the organization and beyond.
The military honors bestowed upon Vice Admiral Dela Vega symbolize the respect and gratitude of the PCG for his service and devotion to duty. His memory will continue to live on within the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
