It is with great pride and joy that MGB OIC Regional Director Francis Glenn N. Suante, the Management and Staff of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. XIII and the Caraga minerals industry celebrate the appointment of Engr. Larry M. Heradez as the new MGB Director.

For almost five years, Director Heradez led the Regional Bureau with a noted commitment to excellence, transformative leadership, and a heart for public service. Under his guidance, the Regional Bureau scaled new heights in mineral resource and geosciences development and building stronger ties with the communities it serves.

While his presence, wisdom, and leadership will be missed in the Regional Bureau, we take pride in seeing him take the helm at the national level. We are hopeful that the entire Bureau will flourish under his stewardship.

Cheers to a well-deserved milestone, Director Larry M. Heradez!

Thank you for your years of dedicated service to Caraga Region.

As you step into this new chapter, your MGB Regional Office No. XIII family is, and always will be, praying and rooting for you all the way.
