VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 8:00pm, October 21, 2026, CDRRMO Duty Operations Personnel responded to a vehicular accident involving a truck and a padyak in Tayhi, Tabaco City. Upon initial assessment, the padyak driver-victim sustained abrasions on his upper and lower extremities. The CDRRMO responders immediately applied first aid to the victim and was immediately brought to Ziga Hospital for further medical treatment.

On or about 7:59am, October 21, 2026, CDRRMO Duty Operations Personnel responded to a vehicular accident involving a single motorcycle and a motorized tricycle in P-2 San Antonio, Tabaco City. Upon initial assessment, the motorcycle rider-victim sustained abrasions and contusion on the left foot. The CDRRMO responders immediately applied first aid to the victim and was immediately brought to Ziga Hospital for further medical treatment.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT

On or about 2:44am, October 21, 2026, CDRRMO Duty Operations Personnel responded to a vehicular accident involving a single motorcycle in Matagbac (near a gasoline station), Tabaco City. Upon initial assessment, victim 1 sustained abrasions in the upper and lower extremities with laceration on the right hand while victim 2 sustained an open wound on the right face and suspected fracture on the right arm. The CDRRMO responders immediately applied first aid to the victims and were immediately brought to Ziga Hospital for further medical treatment.

Upon initial assessment, the rider-victim sustained minor abrasions on his upper and lower parts of the body. The CDRRMO responders immediately applied first aid to the victim but declined to be brought to Ziga Hospital for further medical treatment.

The CDRRMO responders immediately applied first aid to the patient and was brought to Ziga Hospital for the hospital for further medical treatment.
