The GSIS Pasay City building is CLOSED and no physical transaction will be accommodated today.

GSIS members and pensioners are encouraged to use the GSIS TOUCH app for their transactions.

For virtual appointments, members may also access the APPOINTMENT BUDDY SYSTEM through the GSIS website.

Members and pensioners may also transact with the GSIS Quezon City Branch at Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

Strengthening collaboration for better service delivery!

GSIS and DepEd Region VIII successfully conducted the Coordination Meeting and Technical Assistance for Agency Authorized Officers (AAOs), Electronic Remittance File (ERF) Handlers, Human Resource Management Officers (HRMOs), and Payroll Service In-Charge personnel.

The activity aimed to address recurring GSIS transaction concerns, streamline remittance and payroll processes, reduce Unpaid Premium Receivables (UPRs), and ensure that DepEd personnel receive timely updates and enhanced access to GSIS benefits and services.

This joint undertaking of the GSIS Tacloban, Catbalogan, and Maasin Branch Offices, in partnership with DepEd Region VIII, was initiated by Trustee Gilbert T. Sadsad and attended by Chief of Staff Diosdado M. San Antonio and Atty. Santiago Jacky D. Villafuerte II.

The meeting further strengthened the partnership between GSIS and DepEd in promoting efficient public service, responsive assistance, and improved benefits administration for both teaching and non-teaching personnel across Region VIII.
