April 2026 Holiday Schedule – Bureau of Immigration Tacloban District Office. Honoring tradition, valor, and reflection through our nation's sacred observances.

On March 20, 2026, the BI Tacloban District Office will be closed to observe a nationwide regular holiday under Proclamation No. 1189, in celebration of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan), marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

17 February 2026 (Tuesday) has been declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Philippines in observance of Chinese New Year (Year of the Fire Horse). This was formalized under Presidential Proclamation No. 1006.

Office will resume on next day 18 February 2026

GOVERNMENT WORK SUSPENDED IN TACLOBAN CITY

Due to worsening weather and heavy rains caused by the Shear Line, work in all government offices in Tacloban City is suspended today, February 3, 2026. This follows the earlier suspension of classes at all levels for both public and private schools.
