Attended by representatives from 18 Local Government Units (LGUs) across Northern Samar, the program provided expert guidance on the implementation of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), the enforcement of Zoning Ordinances (ZO), and the processing of subdivision and memorial park developments pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 71 and 72.
