An Exit Conference was held on July 29, 2024 by the Management Audit Team to discuss audit findings and recommendations of the recent audit on the Philhealth Sharing Policy of the Tacloban City Hospital.

The mission of Internal Audit Service Office is to help achieve the office' objectives by providing information about the efficiency of processes and adequacy of internal controls by recommending courses of action that may improve exisiting policies and procedures.

The audit team greatly appreciates the full cooperation of the auditee during the conduct of the audit.

Attendees during the Exit Conference were City Administrator Lila Czarina A. Aquitania, ESQ, OIC-Asst. City Administrator Gemafiel R. Gaspay, OIC-Chief of Hospital Dr. Ben Leonardo C. Go Jr., MD, OIC-IASO Marivic U. Adornado, OIC-Asst. IASO Ephraim L. Gonzaga Jr., Philhealth Committee of TCH, and the members of the audit team.

On May 14,2024 an Exit Conference was held by the Management Audit Team to discuss audit findings and recommendations of the recent audit on the Inventory of Real Properties of the City Government of Tacloban.

The audit team greatly appreciates the full cooperation of the auditee during the conduct of the audit.

The Internal Audit Service Office has concluded its conduct of an operations audit on the Tacloban New Slaughterhouse (TNSH). The audit started on March 21 2024 and ended May 17 2024 for a total of 37 working days.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to the auditee the TNSH, as well as all other concerned offices whose active participation contributed to the success of the audit.

On February 29, 2024, an Exit Conference was held by the Management Audit Team to discuss the audit findings and recommendation of the recent audit on Renewal of Public Transportation in the City Government of Tacloban.

The audit team greatly appreciates the full cooperation of the auditee during the conduct of the audit.

The Internal Audit Service Office has concluded its conduct of an operations audit on the monitoring of the 20% development fund of the City. The audit started on Jan.12, 2024 and ended Mar. 12, 2024 for a total of 41 working days.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to the auditee the CPDO, as well as all other concerned offices whose active participation contributed to the success of the audit.

A quick response audit was conducted by the Internal Audit Service Office on the process flow of Tacloban City Hospital Out Patient Department.

An Entry Conference was held last October 18, 2023 to discuss the objective and scope of the audit as well as solicitation of valuable inputs from the auditee.

Present were Dr. Joedina Baleos-Gumagay, Chief of Hospital, Tacloban City Hospital; Mr. Ephraim L. Gonzaga Jr, OIC-Asst. CGDH-II; doctors, nurses and staff from Tacloban City Hospital and the rest of the audit team.

The Internal Audit Service Office joins the Tree Planting Activity today, October 20, 2023.

The event was spearheaded by the City Government of Tacloban through the City Environment and Natural Resource Office, City Agriculturist Office and Human Resource Management Development Office.

On July 27, 2023, an Exit Conference was held by the Management Audit Team to discuss the audit findings and recommendation on the projects, programs and activities of the Tacloban City Agriculturist Office.

The discussion focuses on the strengthening of program implementation, enhancement of system and processes, as well as increase of revenue collection.

Together with the audit team were Mr. Ephraim L. Gonzaga Jr., OIC-Asst. IASO, Mr. Romelo T. Anade, City Agriculturist, Mr. Felix Dumlao, FLET Coordinator, Ms. Ma. Elenita B. Sacay from CAGRIO, and staff from FLET Office.
