Youth organizations from different zones spearheaded their parumpag to culminate the month-long Sta. Cruz de Mayo. The event included various Filipino games. As we wrap up the month-long festivities, all eyes are now on tonight's Utap Sagala 2026. In just a few hours, the streets of Utap will be filled with lights, colorful arches, and the beauty of different reynas.
