LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION

On March 2, around 1:05 PM, R-PSB personnel in Barangay 89 responded to a vehicular incident in the area, where a utility vehicle (VAN Multicab) lost control, resulting in it bumping into the gate of one of the houses. This caused damage to the gate and a small amount of damage to the Fortuner parked inside the gate. Both parties came to an agreeable arrangement to settle the damages, and the utility driver agreed to pay the damages

The R-PSB team assigned in Barangay 89 are one call away, ready to serve anytime to respond to any circumstances.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

On March 2 at about 5 AM, in line with one of the PNP Core values "Makatao," the RPSB personnel of Barangay 89 San Jose, alongside Barangay Kapitana Melba Villalino and barangay officials, came together to honor and greet one of the residents in Barangay 89, Honorata Morilla Fernando, on her remarkable 100th birthday. With cake, flowers, and a surprise mañanita, we honored her remarkable longevity and contributions to our community.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION

R-PSB personnel, together with the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT), conduct prophylactic patrols every night around the barangay and implement curfew for minors who are still in the streets. This is to avoid riots and other possible crimes.
It is one of the proactive approaches of R-PSB in Barangay 89 to maintaining peace and order within the barangay, preventing potential crimes, and maintaining community safety.

COUNTER - ORGANIZATION OPERATION

The RPSB Team of Barangay 89 San Jose, Tacloban City, is on a mission to distribute essential IEC Materials regarding RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Acts/Bawal Bastos Law), RA 9262 (Violence Against Women and Children/VAWC), and RA No. 10627 (Anti-Bullying Act of 2013).

By spreading awareness and taking preventive measures through these communication channels, we aim to create a safer, crime-free community.

INTER- AGENCY SUPPORT OPERATION

LOOK| R-PSB Personnel of BARANGAY 89 SAN JOSE Tacloban, City coordinated to Department of Agriculture , Regional Field Office 8 in connection to their request of vegetables seeds and fertilizers for Barangay Gardening Project of the R-PSB Team.

This initiative aims to promote health and nutrition by planting vegetables and to empower the residents to cultivate their own vegetables fostering a sense of self- sustainability and environmental awareness within our community.
By encouraging everyone to participate we believe that we can create a greener, healthier and more vibrant Barangay 89 San Jose! 🌱🍃

LOOK| At About 3:00 of February 27, 2024 RPSB Team of Brgy. 89 San Jose Tacloban,City conducted Information Drive and Dialogue regarding RA 10627 Anti Bullying, Crime Preventive Measures and Values Restoration to the Grade 5&6 Students of San Jose Elementary School together with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)

This activity is in line with the Kasimbayanan Program of the PNP along with the Advocacy Support Group inorder to uplift the morale of the Students of the above-mentioned School and Awareness Campaign to promote a Crime-Free School Community.
