⚠️ 𝖳𝗋𝗂𝗀𝗀𝖾𝗋 𝖶𝖺𝗋𝗇𝗂𝗇𝗀: 𝖳𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝖺𝗋𝗍𝗂𝖼𝗅𝖾 𝖼𝗈𝗇𝗍𝖺𝗂𝗇𝗌 𝗉𝗂𝖼𝗍𝗎𝗋𝖾𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝗆𝗈𝖼𝗄 𝗂𝗇𝗃𝗎𝗋𝗂𝖾𝗌 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖿𝖺𝗄𝖾 𝖻𝗅𝗈𝗈𝖽 (𝗆𝗈𝗎𝗅𝖺𝗀𝖾) 𝗎𝗌𝖾𝖽 𝖿𝗈𝗋 𝗍𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗇𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗉𝗎𝗋𝗉𝗈𝗌𝖾𝗌.

The 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 (𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧+), along with the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, conducted a 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 at the ACLC Tacloban – Fatima Campus after finishing the four-day SFA-BLS Training.

The simulation exercise involved real-life emergency scenario, complete with moulage (artificial injuries and fake blood) to simulate real-life medical emergencies. This enabled the participants to apply the skills they acquired during the training sessions, such as patient assessment, stopping bleeding, bandaging, and effective coordination among team members, in a real-life setting under time pressure.

The simulation exercise was also a final assessment of the responders’ preparedness, teamwork, and ability to stay calm during emergency situations. The simulation exercise was more than just a requirement; it also helped improve their skills and boost their confidence in dealing with actual emergencies.

Through training and practice, ALERT+ is dedicated to creating a safer and more prepared campus community, ready to act when it matters most.

The 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 (𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧+), together with the 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, successfully completed a 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗦𝗙𝗔–𝗕𝗟𝗦) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 held on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 31–𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 1 and 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 7-8 at the 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗻 – 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀..

The training was done in partnership with the 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 (𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗨) of the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢) of Tacloban City. The training program was designed to enhance the skills and preparedness of the student responders in dealing with medical emergencies in campus settings.

During the four-day training, the participants were engaged in lectures, actual demonstrations, and hands-on training. The training covered the proper assessment of patients, CPR, bandaging, controlling bleeding, and other basic first aid procedures. The training enabled the students not only to learn the concepts and theories of emergency care but also to apply them in practical exercises.

The training, supervised by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗔. 𝗤𝘂𝗶ñ𝗼, 𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗨 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳, focused on discipline, cooperation, and composure in emergency situations, which are as important as skills in actual emergencies.

This project is one of the manifestations of 𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.Through the training of student volunteers, the school is taking another step in creating a more responsive and secure learning environment for everyone.

ACLC Real Campus successfully conducted its Orientation, Earthquake Drill, and Fire Safety Demonstration last November 14, 2025, in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
This initiative aimed to boost disaster readiness on campus by equipping students, faculty, and staff with essential emergency protocols. The activity featured a BFP-led orientation, a supervised earthquake evacuation drill, and a hands-on fire safety demonstration, including the proper use of fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

As we continue promoting campus safety, we remind everyone to stay alert, stay informed, and always be ready to respond during emergencies. Preparedness saves lives and together, we build a safer, more resilient community. 💙✨
