It adopts the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ to strengthen emergency reporting and response, incident management, public safety, data-driven decision-making, and digital public service delivery. The project covers the provinces of South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani, as well as General Santos City.
The project combines digital systems, geospatial data, and capacity-building to help local governments improve coordination, respond to incidents more efficiently, and make informed decisions based on available data.
The two-day UAT was facilitated by ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ (๐๐), who guided participants through the systemโs features, functions, and hands-on testing activities. The participants included representatives from the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) offices, Information Technology (IT) units, Municipal Health Offices (MHO), and Municipal Tourism Offices of different municipalities in the Province of Sultan Kudarat. Their participation provided sector-specific perspectives in testing the platform and identifying system requirements relevant to emergency response, information management, public health, tourism, and other local government services.
The activity opened with ๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ , who delivered the opening remarks and the full support to the program, followed by a message from PD Guiano. An introduction to LUNGSOD and the Connect-Command System followed.
On the first day, participants underwent ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ-๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ covering authentication, home, accounts, alerts, hotlines, RAI, emergency response (ER), and maps. The sessions also included workshops on accounts, hotlines, RAI, ER, maps, and the Learn More feature.
The second day focused on further ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ-๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ฌ-๐จ๐ง ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐ฌ, covering link-ups, Citizenโs Charter, news and announcements, provincial profile, Contact Us, Learn More, Accounts Manager, Office Manager, and personalization.

His queries and suggestions were addressed by the training providers, while relevant inputs were documented for consideration in the succeeding stages of the project.
The UAT provided users with an opportunity to test the system based on actual operational requirements, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback on its functionality and usability. Inputs gathered during the activity will contribute to the refinement and customization of the system prior to deployment. Similar UAT activities form part of the projectโs continuing validation process across participating local government units.
The activity concluded with a discussion on data requests, preparations for deployment and turnover, and succeeding training activities.
