2nd Semestral Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly | Barangay San Emmanuel

The recently concluded 2nd Semestral Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly of Barangay San Emmanuel, held on September 26, 2026, at the Barangay Sports and Cultural Center, focused on the Presentation and Approval of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) 2027–2029 and the Presentation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) 2027, presided over by SK Member Hon. Princess Nicole Duadua, RN.

We sincerely thank all the Katipunan ng Kabataan members who took the time to attend and actively participate in the assembly. Your presence and involvement are important in ensuring that our plans and programs for the youth reflect their needs, interests, and aspirations.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the SK Officials for their continued commitment and to Brgy. Kagawad Hon. Frederico Valenzuela for his support and presence during the assembly.
