𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 | PSA Bohol remains committed to strengthening the implementation of the National ID System by delivering accessible, efficient, and people-centered services throughout the province.

Throughout the month of 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Philippine Statistics Authority – Bohol successfully carried out various National ID services, including:

✅ National ID Registration
✅ Updating and Correction of Demographic Information
✅ Issuance of National ID in Paper Format
✅ Transaction Reference Number (TRN) Retrieval
✅ Assistance in Accessing the Digital National ID

These initiatives highlight PSA Bohol’s continuing efforts to ensure that every Boholano can conveniently access reliable National ID services.

We encourage all unregistered residents to register for the National ID by visiting our Fixed Registration Center, located on the 2nd Floor, Galleria Luisa Building, Gallares Street, Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, or by availing of our mobile registration services when they are conducted in their respective communities.

Together, let us build a more inclusive and accessible National ID System for all.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | RSSO VII OIC-REGIONAL DIRECTOR AND PSA BOHOL CHIEF STATISTICAL SPECIALIST CONDUCT TECHNICAL VISITS TO SELECTED LCROs IN BOHOL

On 25–26 May 2026, RSSO VII OIC-Regional Director Wilma A. Perante, together with Bohol Provincial Statistical Office Chief Statistical Specialist Jessamyn Anne C. Alcazaren, successfully conducted technical visits to selected Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) in Bohol.

The visits aimed to assess compliance with PSA issuances, evaluate records management and archiving practices, and review the implementation of standard civil registration procedures within the offices.

The activity also provided an opportunity to discuss operational concerns, strengthen coordination with local civil registrars, and reinforce the commitment of the Philippine Statistics Authority in ensuring efficient and quality civil registration services for the public.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | BOL-ANONG CIVIL REGISTRARS ORGANISASYON, INC. (BACRO, INC.) MONTHLY CONFERENCE

On 26 May 2026, the Monthly Conference of the Bol-Anong Civil Registrars Organisasyon, Inc. (BACRO, Inc.) was successfully held at Metro Centre Hotel, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

The conference was attended by Municipal Civil Registrars, LCRO staff, CRS Tagbilaran City Outlet Supervisor Glenda E. Wahing, Chief Statistical Specialist Jessamyn Anne C. Alcazaren, RSSO VII CRASD Chief Administrative Officer Edwina M. Carriaga, and RSSO VII OIC Regional Director Wilma A. Perante.

During the conference, RD Perante conducted a training and discussion on the Electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (eCRVS) System. She also presented the DeCap statistics on documents submitted by type of case from 2020 to 2025. Furthermore, she highlighted the processing of electronic copies of actions taken by the Office of the Civil Registrar General (OCRG) and shared recommendations on improving processes and strengthening document archiving practices in Local Civil Registry Offices.

RD Perante also addressed the queries and concerns raised by the Municipal Civil Registrars during the open forum. The Bol-Anong Civil Registrars expressed their appreciation as clarifications were provided regarding various concerns encountered in their respective offices.

On behalf of the Municipal Civil Registrars, Municipal Civil Registrar Geralee B. Supanga expressed her gratitude to the Philippine Statistics Authority for its continued support, particularly through the presence and guidance of the RSSO VII OIC Regional Director during the conference.

The conference concluded with meaningful insights as RD Perante shared Gilbert’s Law, reminding everyone that, “When you take on tasks, you are responsible for the result.” She emphasized that although the process may not always be clearly laid out, being proactive, self-directed, and focused enables individuals to discover solutions and create their own path toward achieving results.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: Provincial Level Training on R Programming and Data Management Using 2024 CBMS Data for the 4th Batch on 11–14 May 2026 at Reyna’s The Haven and Garden, Tagbilaran City.

The activity was made possible through the support of the Bohol Association of Local Planners, Inc. (BALPI), composed of Municipal Planning and Development Coordinators (MPDCs) who formally requested the training from PSA Bohol.

By strengthening the use of the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) data, this initiative ensures more effective, evidence-based planning and responsive programs for Boholano communities. 🌱📈

From 𝟎𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Mobile National ID Operations were conducted across the municipalities of 𝐁𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐨, 𝐁𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐃𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐲, 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳, 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐉𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚, 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨, 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐥, and 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐧, bringing National ID services closer to communities across Bohol.

These activities served 𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 Boholanos, including DSWD 4Ps beneficiaries, children aged 0–4 years old, senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and others.
