Please be informed that, pursuant to OCA Circular 101-2020 (Health Guidelines Due to Covid-19 Cases) and with prior approval from the Supreme Court, to safeguard the health and well-being of the court staff and court users, the Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, Tagbilaran City is PHYSICALLY CLOSED until July 2, 2021.

We just had our first video conference hearing in the morning of May 27, 2020 with three (3) accused set for Arraignment. In attendance were Pros. Josie Vida Corre-Sempron, Atty. Rainero Z. Bautista and Atty. Gwendolyn P. Medequiso (PAO). Court personnel on duty were PJ Sisinio C. Virtudazo, Mercedita A. Estorosas (Interpreter) and Julieto U. Adlaon (Stenographer).

RTC Branch 4 will be using Video Conferencing via Judiciary 365 starting May 27, 2020. The Presiding Judge, Interpreter and Stenographer-on-duty will each be provided with a we**am.
The resident Prosecutors and resident PAO lawyer will be in their respective offices and will be invited to the videocon prior to the start of the hearing.
Private lawyers will also be in their offices and will be invited prior to their hearing dates. Lawyers will be asked for their email address which they used in registering to Microsoft Teams.
PNP Lockup jail detainees shall be brought to the courtroom one at a time for arraignment. BJMP detainees or PDLs will stay put in their respective jail facilities and the BJMP will be providing videocon facilities to them. The Bohol and Tagbilaran City BJMP will be added to the videocon if there are PDLs with scheduled hearings on that date. Bonded accused shall appear for videocon in court during their hearing date.
Witnesses must also appear in court for videocon. Those who are yet to testify shall wait outside the HOJ building and will be called in once it will be their turn to testify.
Recording of court proceedings is prohibited.
