Friendly tips on how to avoid penalty on tax mapping🥰🥰.

Set ur mind that everyday is a tax mapping day!!! And please observed the ff:

1.) Cash receipts book must be updated everyday (meaning ang na issue mga resibo for that day dapat masulat sa cash receipts book every end of the day)
Penalty minimum of 5k.
2.) See to it nga naka public display ang bir sticker (ask for receipt sticker orange in color for old business or green for the newly opened business)

3. Display 0605 for the year 2022( payt form 0605)
Penalty 1k

4.) Display certificate of registration yellowish for old someting blue for new business

Penalty 1k for no display
Penalty failure to register 2k to 20k depending on the class of municipality

5. ) All documents displayed must be original.

6.) Do not leave any sales invoice or official receipts blank. Issuance of such document must be in order.

Penalty duplicate blank receipts 20k

7.) Any cancelled OR's or Sales Invoice must attached the Original copy of the Sales Invoice properly labeled as CANCELLED

8.) Original copy of the Sales Invoice must be issued to the customer leaving only the carbonated copy of such document.

9.) Fill up properly the ORs or sales invoice specially tha date issued and the amount.

10.) Do not use any unregistered Sales Invoice, Official Receipts, Order Slip, delivery receipts, Collections receipts and etc.

Penalty 25k to 50k per unit
