Last March 20, 2026, the Red Cross Youth proudly joined the mangrove re-planting activity at Bonkokan Ubos, Lila together with Philippine Red Cross – Bohol Chapter Greening DRR. With the help and active participation of the local community, we planted mangroves to protect our coastal ecosystems, strengthen disaster resilience, and preserve nature for future generations.

Because small actions today create a stronger, greener tomorrow 💚

📍Red Cross Youth Bohol Chapter

The Red Cross Youth Bohol Chapter successfully conducted its 9th Chapter Youth Assembly on 21–22 February 2026 at the Ceremonial Hall of the Provincial Capitol of Bohol in Tagbilaran City and at La Veranda Resort in Panglao. The assembly gathered youth leaders and advisers from various school councils across the province, strengthening collaboration and commitment to humanitarian service.

The activity featured plenary sessions on leadership, parliamentary procedures, and council management, providing participants with practical knowledge to strengthen youth leadership and council operations. The chapter also presented the services of the Philippine Red Cross and highlighted its special project, Greening Disaster Risk Reduction (Greening DRR), which promotes youth engagement in humanitarian action and climate resilience. The assembly concluded with the election of the new set of Chapter Youth Council Officers and the Red Cross Youth Advisers’ League for the 2026–2028 term, marking a renewed commitment to leadership and service within the chapter.

In celebration of Women’s Month 2026, the Red Cross Youth Bohol Chapter proudly presents “𝗜𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸: 𝗔 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹.”This activity serves as the centerpiece of the Women’s Month advocacy campaign, inviting Red Cross Youth Councils to creatively interpret the unspoken realities, strength, and stories of women through powerful visual storytelling.

Through film, participants are encouraged to inspire empathy, promote awareness, and deepen the understanding of gender equality and an inclusive society.
