"The following schedule of fees merely proposes to set the legal and notarial fees and may not be construed as the minimum and/or reasonable fees to be charged in any given case or situation (Sec. 15, IBP By-Laws) and without prejudice to such agreement on reasonable fees that may be freely arrived at expressly or impliedly based on the criteria fixed by Sec. 24, Rule 138 of the Rules of Court concerning: (1) importance of subject matter of the controversy; (2) extent of the services rendered; and (3) professional standing of the attorney."
