Gather your team and represent our barangay! Yet before you do, please read the ENTRY RULES AND REQUIREMENTS carefully.

📌 ELIGIBILITY:

Open ONLY to registered voters of Barangay Cabawan, Tagbilaran City.

Team Composition: Maximum of 15 players (including 2 liberos).

Age Requirement: Players must be 12 years old or above at the start of the game.

Varsity Player Rule:

NO current varsity players allowed.

Ex-varsity players are allowed only if their contract ended 5 years ago or more.

The preparation for Saulog 2026 starts NOW! We are looking for the best players to represent our Barangay.

📅WHEN: This coming Sunday, February 1, 2026
🕖TIME: 7:00 PM
📍WHERE: Cabawan Basketball Court

Player Eligibility & Requirements

Residency & Voter Status: Players must be registered voters of Tagbilaran City specifically of Barangay Cabawan since September 2025.

Minors/Unregistered: Must prove parents are registered voters in that Barangay since September 2025.

Age Categories:

Juniors: Born 2001 and younger.
Seniors: Born 2000 and older.

Restrictions:

No Active Varsities: For the Juniors Category, active college varsity players from 2023 to present are banned.
No Officials: Elected city and barangay officials are generally restricted.

Required Documents:

Voter’s Certificate (Player or Parent).
Medical Certificate.
Notarized Parent's Consent (for players 18 and below).

Submission: Line-ups must be submitted in a Long Green Folder to the City Sports Office by February 15, 2026.
