LGU TAGKAWAYAN CONDUCTS SEMINAR ON ENHANCED SPMS

The Local Government Unit of Tagkawayan, through the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), conducted a 2-day seminar on the Enhanced Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), facilitated by Director II Lily Beth L. Majomot of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Field Office – Quezon.

The seminar aims to strengthen the understanding and implementation of the Enhanced SPMS among LGU personnel, supporting a more effective, results-oriented, and performance-driven public service.
