San Diego is a barangay of the philippine municipality Tagkawayan in the province Quezon in CALABARZON which is part of the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Tagkawayan with a population of about 46,878 and its 45 barangays belongs to the partly urban areas in the Philippines.
