Developed by the tech giant Honor, this machine clocked a jaw-dropping time of 50 minutes and 26 seconds, effectively beating the human world record by nearly seven minutes. Moving far beyond the rigid confines of factory floors, these robots showcased advanced autonomous navigation and cutting-edge liquid-cooling systems to maintain pace alongside 12,000 human runners. This milestone marks the first time in history that bipedal machines have outperformed elite human athletes in a long-distance road race, signaling a new era where "machine endurance" is no longer just a lab metric, but a reality on the open road.
