PMAEE 2026 Results | The Philippine Military Academy proudly announces the results of the PMA Entrance Examination 2026, conducted from July to September 2026 in 48 testing centers across the country.
Only 4.78% of young men and women who qualified passed this year’s entrance examination. This year, PMA received 36, 596 online applications, with 26,339 applicants reporting to their exam sites; 25,452 qualified to take the exam – and now, 1216 individuals from different regions passed the test.

PMAEE 2026 Results | The Philippine Military Academy proudly announces the results of the PMA Entrance Examination 2026, conducted from July to September 2026 in 48 testing centers across the country.

Only 4.78% of young men and women who qualified passed this year’s entrance examination. This year, PMA received 36, 596 online applications, with 26,339 applicants reporting to their exam sites; 25,452 qualified to take the exam – and now, 1216 individuals from different regions passed the test.

Those passers will now undergo comprehensive screening starting in October 2026 at the V Luna Medical Center, Quezon City, which includes a Complete Physical Examination, Medical Assessment, and Neuropsychiatric Evaluation.

Only the best of the best will earn the privilege of becoming part of the Cadet Corps Armed Forces of the Philippines and the honor of setting foot on the hallowed grounds of the Academy.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC), through its Human Resource Procurement Center (HRPC), Personnel Management Center (PMC), and Office of the Human Resource Staff for Civil Relations Service (HR-7), participated in the Blue Economy Annual Trade and Conference (BEACON) 2026 through a dedicated Recruitment Static Display held from 29 September to 30 September 2026 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Philippines.

Organized by the Maritime League, BEACON 2026 brought together leaders, industry stakeholders, professionals, and maritime enthusiasts to showcase innovations, sustainability initiatives, and developments supporting the country’s blue economy and maritime sector.

Throughout the event, CGHRMC showcased its recruitment initiatives through:

• Informational and recruitment materials
• An interactive recruitment booth managed by CGHRMC personnel
• Direct engagement with visitors, students, and aspiring applicants
• Information on career opportunities and the recruitment process in the Philippine Coast Guard

The participation of CGHRMC, through its HRPC, PMC, and HR-7, underscored the Command’s commitment to promoting meaningful career opportunities in the Philippine Coast Guard and encouraging qualified individuals to become part of the service in support of maritime safety, security, environmental protection, and national development.

The Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC), through the Personnel Management Center (PMC), successfully conducted a Financial Literacy Seminar in partnership with AXA Philippines on 24 September 2026 at the Yeoman Classroom, HCGHRMC, New Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

The activity aimed to strengthen the financial awareness of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel and equip them with practical knowledge and strategies to better manage their finances, prepare for future needs, and achieve long-term financial goals.

During the information drive, representatives from AXA Philippines provided an overview of their comprehensive Financial Game Plan, covering key areas such as home, family, education, retirement, business, and financial freedom. The resource speakers emphasized the importance of financial readiness through effective management of income and expenses, responsible debt management, building emergency funds and financial reserves, protection against financial risks, and strategic planning for future financial goals.

The discussion also highlighted the three pillars of sound financial planning:

🔹BUILD – Establish a strong and stable financial foundation.
🔹PROTECT – Prepare for financial risks and uncertainties that may affect long-term plans.
🔹 GROW – Strategically maximize available resources toward achieving long-term financial goals.

Through initiatives such as this, the CGHRMC remains committed to promoting the holistic welfare of PCG personnel, recognizing that financial preparedness contributes to personal well-being, family security, and overall readiness to perform their duties and responsibilities.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC) joined the observance of 2026 World Maritime Day through the “Light the World in Blue” initiative, highlighting the vital role of the maritime sector and the importance of safe, secure, sustainable, and efficient maritime operations.

As part of the observance, CGHRMC illuminated the facade of its headquarters in blue on the evening of September 24, 2026, symbolically joining maritime organizations and institutions around the world in recognizing the significance of the maritime industry and its contributions to global development.

The initiative also forms part of the CGHRMC MANA Mo 2026 – Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month, which promotes greater appreciation and awareness of the Philippines as a maritime nation and recognizes the people whose dedication and service contribute to the country’s maritime safety, security, environmental protection, and development.

Through “Light the World in Blue,” CGHRMC highlights the importance of a professional, capable, and committed Coast Guard workforce in sustaining the country’s maritime interests and advancing a safer, more secure, and sustainable maritime future.

This observance reflects CGHRMC’s continuing commitment to MANA Mo 2026 and its advocacy of maritime awareness, human resource development, and inclusive participation in the maritime sector.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), through the Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC), welcomed the Human Resource Management Center, Philippine Air Force (HRMC-PAF) for a benchmarking activity on 23 September 2026 at the CGHRMC Marilag Hall, Coast Guard Base Taguig, New Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

The activity was led by the Chief of Staff, CGHRMC, CAPT CHERRYL D BOBLO PCG, while the HRMC-PAF delegation was headed by MAJOR JULIO F SERVINO PAF. The benchmarking activity, requested by the HRMC-PAF, aimed to exchange knowledge and best practices in human resource management, particularly on organizational structure, personnel management, recruitment, career management, promotion, and other HR-related functions.

The activity provided an opportunity for both services to share organizational approaches and explore practices that may contribute to more efficient and effective human resource administration. Discussions highlighted the respective functions of key CGHRMC centers, particularly the Human Resource Procurement Center (HRPC), Personnel Management Center (PMC), and Career Management Center (CMC).

The engagement reflects the continuing commitment of the PCG and the Philippine Air Force to strengthen inter-service cooperation, promote knowledge-sharing, and enhance human resource management systems in support of competent, qualified, and mission-ready personnel.
